It’s the first of three singles from his upcoming second EP, “Source,” releasing October 16. “Change My Heart“ has also amassed over 50,000 streams across platforms since its June release, as shared. “Change My Heart“ is a spiritual view of change, and the chorus is a direct plea for renewal, forgiveness for past mistakes, and, with that forgiveness, the courage to transform fear and guilt into something hopeful.
The song doesn’t deny these past failures, but asks for the strength to move beyond them. Tim d’Aboville’s music straddles the fine line between introspective indie folk-pop and themes of surrender, growth, and self-discovery.
