“Questions“ is a more introspective side of Colby Strange, the creative project of lyricist and producer Chris Barchuk. The latest single from the debut album, “Don’t Tread on Me,” approaches the uncertainties people carry through life with a thoughtful frame of mind, aiming for reflection rather than easy answers.

The song also came about because of how people behaved. Once people found it, they came back, and it suggested something pure numbers couldn’t. That continued engagement became part of the story behind the release, suggesting a track people were willing to return to rather than hear once and forget.

The song is about life’s issues, personal choices, regret, and experiences that don’t always have a neat resolution. “Questions” doesn’t try to explain life, and life cannot be explained all the way through. Its power lies in sitting with those unresolved thoughts and letting listeners reflect on their own experiences. This release is built on reflection, repetitive questions, and life’s truths without all the answers.
