We have the next chapter in the high-stakes federal case against Sean “Diddy” Combs, and with it returning to the spotlight, former bodyguard Gene Deal is making explosive new charges against the mogul. Deal says the Bad Boy Kingpin doled out a reported $2 million in addition to an L.A. apartment and educational assistance to galpal Gina Huynh, with the understanding that she takes a vow of silence on the witness stand and stays out of the courtroom altogether.

The accusation came to light during Deal’s recent appearance on The Art of Dialogue, in which he paints a disturbing portrait of witness tampering and exploitation by his ex-boss. As Diddy comes under increasing legal pressure inside Manhattan’s federal courthouse, the real drama may be playing out outside the building in whispers, backroom deals, and power plays to keep key voices from taking the stand.

“They want the prosecution to hurry up to bring Gina in so Gina could paint the picture that, like, everything was consenting, because she’s been paid off,” Deal claimed. “SShe took the $2 million payment from Diddy. I think Diddy may have gave her 2 million or something like that. Got her in school, gave an apartment out in L.A. Still was messing with him. Come on, man. Brainwashed.”

Huynh, a name long rumored in media reports, has been widely believed to be “Victim-3” in the federal indictment charging Combs. But for all its notoriety, her involvement in the case, for which she has been subpoenaed, is a question mark. Deal’s allegation indicates that neither hesitance nor fear is keeping Huynh from the witness stand but a possible payoff if Deal proves correct on all his charges in the courtroom. Two different stories about Huynh’s role have already appeared in court. Combs’ defense attorney, Marc Agnifilo, had previously told the judge, “Gina is out of the case. Gina is not coming.”

But Assistant U.S. Attorney Christy Slavik disagreed, saying that Huynh is “very much a part of this case.” The discrepancy reflects the confusion and controversy around her expected testimony or the lack thereof. For Deal, this goes beyond courtroom hypotheticals, and it’s part and parcel of what she views as Diddy’s pattern of control and manipulation. “This is the one who disappeared,” he said, calling Huynh a “hostile” witness. He also claimed the feds do have records from Huynh and her legal team, including emails that prove her alleged handiwork to some degree.

The former bodyguard also divulged that he had been banned from serving in court due to a scuffle outside the courthouse, a move that has further restricted his official involvement in the trial but not his running commentary to the media. Over the past year and a half, Deal has emerged as one of Diddy’s most outspoken accusers, making damning allegations and leading a public discussion around Puffy’s alleged behavior.

Though none of Deal’s recent allegations have been independently verified or borne out in court, they raise troubling questions about witness tampering, accountability, and the integrity of the judicial process. If true, these alleged hush money payments could significantly damage the prosecution’s case or potentially expose Combs to even more legal exposure. It remains to be seen whether key players, such as Gina Huynh, will be deemed trustworthy as new twists evolve during the trial. The most explosive revelations may yet come in a case already rife with celebrity, scandal, and secrecy.
